Your new role

• Overseeing the maintenance of accurate records of all material movements associated with waste being transported to and from RRC
• Investigating and resolving problems raised by team members or members of the public in relation to the Landfill and RRC
• Coordinating services and relationships with contractors/customers to minimise the stockpiling of waste at the site to ensure no operational issues and maximise transport efficiency
• Coordinating and conducting daily, routine, and scheduled maintenance/repairs and services of mobile and fixed plants across the assigned fleet, ensuring it is completed on time and in accordance with maintenance instructions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in the Landfill, Waste, Resource Recovery/Transfer Station, and/or Recycling industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience of working in a hands-on outdoor operational environment
• Proven experience in frontline customer management, including conflict resolution
• Demonstrated capacity to supervise others and work collaboratively in a team environment
