Your new role

As a TCSI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements. You will work closely with internal teams, technical developers, and business SMEs to manage and resolve submission errors, maintain documentation, and support stakeholders on student data reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in government data reporting, compliance, or student systems analysis.
• Strong understanding of the TCSI submission platform, schemas, and validation processes.
• Solid knowledge of student lifecycle and data management.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar workflow tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data investigation.
• Preferable experience with SITS or a similar Student Management System.
