Your new role

• Provide advice and assistance to the Helpdesk in attending to and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
• Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Helpdesk information systems, practices, documents, and manuals.
• Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers, offering accurate advice relating to content.
• Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
• Enhance working relationships with team members, internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to follow instructions, guidelines, and policies.
• Strong problem-solving and clear-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team, with lots of support and an intensive training program.
