Your new role

As the Social Media Specialist, you will take the lead in managing and growing the digital presence of a prominent men's footwear brand. Your primary focus will be to enhance social media marketing efforts with the aim of increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s voice across platforms, develop compelling content strategies, and connect with a passionate audience in the fashion space. Along with:

  • Design, create, and implement content for social media posts across all channels while managing the social calendar specifically for the men's footwear line.
  • Manage data models around the measurement of cost-effective operations, and recommend areas of opportunity for future growth
  • Influencer Partnerships - Reach out and connect with influencers and stylists to create engaging content. This includes conducting mini photo shoots, creating and curating social media content, and coordinating influencer and celebrity gifting initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends, with a particular focus on Instagram and Facebook. This includes creating, monitoring, and reporting on Facebook Ads to effectively drive conversations, boost brand awareness, and support overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with third-party videographers to produce engaging video content for social media channels and in-store displays, while also liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passionate social media enthusiast with 2–3 years of experience growing brand presence across digital platforms—and you live and breathe all things social.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, possess a strong enthusiasm for unearthing new ideas and social media innovations.

  • Must have proven experience within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of fashion trends, brand aesthetics, and the unique demands of fashion-focused audiences.

  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor/ Facebook Business Manager with analytics experience.

  • Photography and photo editing skills are highly preferred.
