Your new company

Your new company is a national Tier 2 construction company that looks after a range of different projects; from Health, Education, Modular and Social Housing. They have just won multiple tenders and are now looking at expanding their Toowoomba team.

Your new role

• Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures
• Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders
• Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
• Managing conflicts or disputes that arise between team members or external parties

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership abilities
• A trade qualification or Construction Management degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the building & construction industry
• Valid driver's license and Construction white card
• QBCC supervisor's license preferred but not required
