Join a dynamic team supporting the Services Brisbane Program, including City Experience and Services Brisbane (Customer and Digital). This role is integral to the Digital Brisbane Framework, focusing on enhancing the city's digital experience.
Your new role
As a Product Director or Service Designer, you will work on:
- Digital placemaking & wayfinding
- Digitally connected, self-monitoring, and self-healing city initiatives
- Real-time service information and notifications
- Public safety, emergency response, and disaster management
- Improving access to Council facilities and community events
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing forms improvement and supporting the design of Experience Patterns
- Overseeing Job Tracking Status (JTSN) phase 2 and integrating statuses based on current back-office processes and Council systems
- Providing Business As Usual platform support for integrating the above programs into the Customer Engagement Platform
What you'll need to succeed
- 7 to 10 years of experience in agency/studio environments as a Product Director or Service Designer
- Proficiency with MIRO, Figma, Target, and Adobe Create Cloud/Experience Cloud
