Senior Property Coordinator

Salary: $75K - $85K PA

Are you an experienced property professional looking for a dynamic role in a supportive and energetic environment? We are seeking a Senior Property Coordinator with a strong background in property management, leasing, and operations to help drive the success of a well-established commercial property.

Your new role

• Ensure the daily operations of the property run efficiently, addressing tenant and customer needs.
• Oversee maintenance activities, ensure compliance with regulations and manage budgets effectively.
• Provide administrative support for projects, assisting with contractor coordination and reporting.
• Handle tenant communication, lease administration, and invoicing.
• Coordinate website updates, social media activities, and promotional events to enhance engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven background in property coordination or related roles, with knowledge/ understanding of WHS regulations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across operations, maintenance, leasing, and marketing.
• A valid NT driving licence and relevant certifications in property management or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
