Join an established education institution based in Melbourne South on a fixed-term basis until December 2026. This will be a full-time, 5 day on-site role with flexible working hours. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation, including recruitment campaigns, organisation, administration and more. You will also lead the induction and onboarding of new employees, as well as data tracking and reporting for staffing planning & decision-making. As a recruitment coordinator, you are also tasked to champion the continuous improvement and enhancement of recruitment & onboarding processes within the organisation, and act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on recruitment practices.
