IT Helpdesk Lead

A local employment services organisation in Wagga Wagga, NSW is seeking a Helpdesk Team Lead for a permanent opportunity, commencing ASAP. Your new role

• Supervising and training the Helpdesk team.
• Ensuring the completion of tickets and projects within agreed timelines.
• Providing Level 2 and 3 ICT support.
• Maintaining hardware, software and security systems.
• Liaising with MSP vendors to ensure high standards are met within SLAs.
• Configuring and troubleshooting the networks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining hardware, software, network & security infrastructure.
• Experience working with Windows OS /Servers, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, MDM, ITIL, understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience implementing IT projects.
• A valid driving licence.
