Your new role

Working as the Head of Sales within Trade & Structured Finance you will be:
  • Working with your General Manager to develop and build out new strategies for financial products
  • Liaising with internal teams across legal, risk, credit, marketing and commercial partners to analyse and interrupt data
  • Building process maps and procedures for your products, ensuring you are able to effectively communicate and implement new strategies and workflows
  • Assisting with complex data reviews, review on P&L and being able to report back effectively presenting to the c-suite where required
  • Getting hands-on, involved with the sales aspects, pitching, presenting and assisting your sales team
  • Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects
  • Thinking outside the box, working together as a team and finding solutions to ways of working

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Previous experience in a Head of Sales or similar role, with strong management experience in Sales, specifically within trade finance
  • Experience managing a team of sales staff
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures
  • People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
  • A passion for finding a different way of working, wanting to succeed as a team and putting the customer at the forefront of what the bank do
