Your new role

As a key fraud investigations specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for reporting Customer Care and third-party dealer-related fraud concerns. You’ll work closely with the Head of Customer Security to uphold business integrity by detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud that could impact revenue, brand reputation, or compliance. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Security.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in investigations, fraud prevention, and resolution of complex cases.
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously while handling sensitive matters confidentially.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying fraud patterns and implementing countermeasures.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a Fraud or Investigations role.
