Your new role

  • Reporting to the Event Manager and working under their guidance for successful event execution
  • Collaborating with the Broader Events Team
  • Fostering a collaborative environment to deliver outstanding events
  • Overseeing All Aspects of Event Planning and Coordination: Comprehensive planning and coordination of corporate, stakeholder, and staff events
  • Managing Registrations and Administrative Tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience managing all logistics for events and delivering planned event calendars.
  • Excellent skills in managing and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
