Your New Role
As a Credit Manager you will:
  • Assess and decision on complex propriety applications from secured and consumer finance referrals
  • Utilise your delegation to make sound and responsible credit decisions on complex applications, including self-employed, trust, multiple entities etc.
  • Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, including directly with lenders
  • Maintain adherence to policies and regulations, and support leadership and the team when required
  • Make timely, risk-compliant credit decisions

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will:
  • Have held a delegation previously and have decided on complex deals including self-employed
  • Have a risk mindset with strong strategic thinking
  • Understand APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements and be focused on continuous improvement
  • Be skilled in understanding retail lending policies
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
