Your new company

An established mining organisation in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer, working on an 8:6 roster and starting immediately. This role will initially be offered on a temporary contract, with a possible extension offered if all goes well.


Your new role

As the Compliance Officer, you are responsible for:
  • Maintain and update databases with qualifications and competencies
  • Schedule and coordinate client site-specific inductions and training sessions
  • Advise and collaborate with the mobilisation team on site-specific requirements
  • Provide guidance to the recruitment department on position-specific onboarding needs
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute weekly compliance reports
  • Ensure all personnel meet site compliance requirements.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a compliance-focused position
  • Background in the resources sector, ideally as a Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, or Project Support
  • Familiarity with client induction portals like ERMS/Enabled, SuccessFactors, Avetta, and INX.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High organisational skills for coordinating mobilisation and compliance
