Your new role
Working on a payroll remediation project within Colleague Services, NAB's HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to NAB colleagues on Payroll Remediation processes and policies via outbound calls or cases.
  • Process colleague movement requests and respond to queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Address escalated matters promptly and accurately.
  • Contribute to the People & Culture strategy through continuous improvement, suggesting actions to enhance processing activities.
  • Manage a list of colleagues to ensure all are informed and updated.
  • Update payment details and dates, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Process payments owed, including updating details via superannuation, bank, and tax forms, and passing information to payroll.
  • Process documentation once payments are made.

This role will start in the first or second week of June until 30th December 2025. You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, for 37.5 hours per week. You will be based at 395 Bourke Street, work from the office twice a week, and will be paid $39.43 + Super.

What you’ll need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A background in a call centre environment would be preferable.
  • Qualification or practical experience in HR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ex-NAB experience is welcomed
