Your new role
As a Client Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships through frequent engagement and understanding customer needs, which translate into long-lasting business partnerships and driving sales for the company. You will be provided with full training and support from a cross-functional team, and the opportunity to work alongside a great team, involved in different projects to explore your true potential.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong understanding of Radiology market sector specifically on patient journey and potential improvement in Radiology services
Strong people skills with the aspiration of providing the best customer service through constant engagement with vendors and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with great business acumen in building rapport, present, and influence credibly throughout all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
Detail-oriented mindset with good listening skills and accuracy in information
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced way, with a curiosity to learn and excel in new technology and new market transformation
