Your new role

As a Buyer’s Agent specialising in investment properties, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their property search to secure profitable investments while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from home, with occasional in-person meetings or events as needed; this position is perfect for someone who thrives in an remote environment and can bring fresh insights and energy to the team.

Your day-to-day will include and not be limited to:

  • Identify and source properties that align with client needs, utilising major real estate listing platforms and collaborating with agents to find off-market, pre-sale, and on-market opportunities.
  • Conduct market and property analysis through various data platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with real estate agents and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare property proposals for clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Arrange Building & Pest and pre-settlement inspections as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, industry news, and property regulations to provide accurate client information.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM and workflow systems with relevant data.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a self-starter with great communication skills and resilience. However, to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Full real estate licence enabling you to operate as a Buyer’s Agent.
    At least 3 years of experience in real estate buying or property investing.
    Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs, build support, and effectively communicate the benefits of proposed properties.
    Excellent attention to detail, research abilities, and reporting skills for accurate property recommendations.
    Resourceful and proactive mindset, always seeking answers and staying updated on market trends.
    Proficient in various computer systems and technologies for data extraction.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    A genuine passion for the Australian property market and its dynamics.

What you'll get in return

If you are successful in this role, you will be joining a supportive team who are based all around the country. This role is 100% remote. However, you will have expenses paid for company events every quarter. This role starts at $90,000 + super and can reach up to $160,000 OTE.
