We are seeking the expertise of an experienced high-volume blue-collar recruiter to support this business with a project for the next eight weeks.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing and executing candidate attraction strategies including: advertising, referrals, database management etc.
  • Pre-screening and qualifying of candidates
  • Conducting telephone and teams interviews
  • Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates
  • Liaising with the mobilisation teams and supporting compliance and onboarding
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter with either experience of managing shuts recruitment or alternately high-volume blue-collar campaigns. It is essential that you can demonstrate an understanding of the mining sector and the required tickets and licenses for sites. Your attention to detail, ability to follow process and a high level of written and verbal communication are essential.

This is a temporary contract for an eight-week period and an immediate start is required.
