APS5 ICT Procurement & Contract Manager

Location: Canberra Only

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT goods and services, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and policies.
• Provides strategic procurement advice to stakeholders, assisting in contract negotiations and supplier engagements.
• Draft and review spending proposals, procurement documentation, and contracts under established panels and frameworks.
• Support procurement reporting and record-keeping, including AusTender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive effective procurement outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in ICT procurement within government or large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, contracting suites, and panel arrangements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise and guide teams through procurement processes.
• Proficiency in procurement and financial management systems such as TechOne, SAP, or similar.
• Baseline Security Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain clearance.
