Your new role

• Process the pay for 350 employees for part-time and casual employees, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee details and calculating overpayments and terminations
• Respond to and manage payroll inbox, as well as HR adhoc enquiries
• Assist with maintaining and updating relevant policies, processes, and systems
• Assist with processing month-end, super and tax processes
• Weekly supplier reconciliation and AP payment run
• Manual entry of invoices into the system
• Invoice validation against purchase order

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience for 100 + employees – standalone is a bonus!
• Experience with processing payroll in the fast-food industry is advantageous.
• Confident in Excel (e.g. pivot and Xlookup)
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
