A major financial services company is hiring a Consumer Affairs Associate (Community Engagement).

$769.06 daily (inclusive of super)
Hybrid working style (2/3 split)
In this Senior Associate, Consumer Affairs role, you will:
Support the Head of Consumer Affairs to deliver executive stakeholder engagement to drive customer-centricity, particularly for customers who need extra care.
Coordinate the Consumer Forum and other community engagement programs to support a customer-centric culture.
Draft briefs and material for executive engagements, including industry groups and leadership team engagements.
Identify and develop engagement opportunities to build the organisation's reputation and relationships with customers.
Support the delivery of key programs as required and identify opportunities for reputation-building activities.
Own and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver programs.
Design and deliver effective measurement programs to assess program success and drive improvements.
Liaise with Communications and Government and Public Policy on key programs to maximise strategic reputation outcomes.
What you’ll bring
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant roles
Community programs and partnership management preferred.
