A major financial services company is hiring a Consumer Affairs Associate (Community Engagement).

  • 7-month temp role
  • $769.06 daily (inclusive of super)
  • Hybrid working style (2/3 split)

In this Senior Associate, Consumer Affairs role, you will:

  • Support the Head of Consumer Affairs to deliver executive stakeholder engagement to drive customer-centricity, particularly for customers who need extra care.
  • Coordinate the Consumer Forum and other community engagement programs to support a customer-centric culture.
  • Draft briefs and material for executive engagements, including industry groups and leadership team engagements.
  • Identify and develop engagement opportunities to build the organisation's reputation and relationships with customers.
  • Support the delivery of key programs as required and identify opportunities for reputation-building activities.
  • Own and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver programs.
  • Design and deliver effective measurement programs to assess program success and drive improvements.
  • Liaise with Communications and Government and Public Policy on key programs to maximise strategic reputation outcomes.

What you’ll bring
  • At least 5 years’ experience in relevant roles
  • Community programs and partnership management preferred.
  • Coordinating complex stakeholder priorities
