Medical Administrator
Location: Broadmeadow
Hourly Rate: $35 an hour plus Super (pending experience)
Contract: Part-time, 1–2 days a week, ideally on Fridays but flexible

We are interested in registering a range of medical administrators, both on a full-time or part-time basis, as there is a need for them across the market. Your new role

• Providing a range of medical administrative activities to support the business needs of the team
• Managing reception desk, delivering quality customer service and replying to enquiries in an effective and responsive manner
• Coordination of meetings and preparation of reports and other medical documents
• General administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Medical Administrator, you will have:

• Previous experience as a medical administrator or receptionist (essential)
• Excellent tech skills, able to pick up new systems quickly
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
