Job Description

Purpose

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and attractiveness for facilities used by staff and the public. Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and independently, maintain sanitary conditions, and manage cleaning supplies and consumables. Uphold security measures by ensuring facilities are secure upon completion of duties, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work unsupervised with developed personal time management skills.
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain public facilities in a clean and attractive condition.
• Ability to comply with Work Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to use cleaning materials using Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Class C driver’s licence.

Desirable Requirements

• Competency and general knowledge of the operation of commercial cleaning equipment or ability to learn.
